Well-Being sessions are a great way to feel better whatever may be happening in your life. Each session begins with a brief check in about how you are feeling in different areas of your life and in your body. Then, I put together a Well-Being Session just for you, right on the spot! I draw from various techniques and practices, such as guided relaxation, breathing techniques, gentle movement, self-care practices, and other mood-elevating processes.
Some times may call for soothing and relaxing, other times for energizing and inspiring, but you will always feel better in the end! These sessions are also a way to practice techniques that you can later use on your own — and have many to draw from.

As a Licensed Massage Therapist, Kripalu Yoga Teacher, Certified Professional Coach and former Scientist, I bring all the gifts of who I am to my work. Driven by the desire to elevate others, my career initially spanned the biotech industry, interdisciplinary research and laboratory safety. Over the past decade, it evolved to wellness and now I work in my own company, Centered Presence, Ltd.
