INDIVIDUAL VIRTUAL LIVE WELL-BEING SESSIONS are your own sessions, ranging from 30-90 minutes, scheduled at your own time.

We co-create the content based on your situation. We can draw upon my vast experience in body awareness, yoga, guided relaxation, movement, and explore personal growth processes that increase feelings of well-being. It all depends on where you'd like to focus.

“THE WELL-BEING MOMENT” - FREE, Live, Online 15-Minute Weekday Reset

EVERY MONDAY 4:30 PM, WEDNESDAY 12:30 PM, FRIDAY 9:30 AM ET

Join us during the week for three Well-Being Reset Segments! Just 15 minutes long, these LIVE, ONLINE sessions will help you to keep your feelings of well-being strong. These segments are long enough to be effective, yet short enough to fit into your schedule.

Sometimes we soothe and relax, other times we energize and inspire, but it’s always wonderful!

Based on the needs of those who attend on the day, we’ll explore different ways of increasing well being -- strategies that you can incorporate into your everyday life as part of your regular self-care practice. We’ll draw upon a variety of ways to do this, including guided relaxation, breathing techniques, gentle movement and stretching, moments of appreciation, and other mood-lifting processes -- to get and keep those good feelings flowing freely!  These are practices that you can do while you are in a work or work-from-home environment. No special equipment is needed; all techniques are done seated or standing, and are designed to fit into whatever you are doing.

Register once to receive the Zoom link for all sessions. You can attend each of them or just drop in when it's convenient, or whenever you can use a little boost to your Well-Being!

Does your day need a reset?

How many times has the day started off well; you're feeling fine, maybe even eager to get working on your projects and accomplish your goals? 

And then... something happens.

Someone says or does something that rubs you the wrong way, technology doesn't cooperate, situations change suddenly, and plans get disrupted. Then, on top of this, the phone keeps ringing, emails arrive with more things to address, and the workload increases exponentially!

A once-good mood has rapidly disintegrated into feelings of frustration, overwhelment, anger, discouragement, and resentment. If left unchecked, momentum can build and these negative feelings can turn into hatred, revenge, fear, unworthiness, powerlessness, and depression.

These lower-vibrating feelings are far removed from who you really are!

Your inner being doesn't operate in this realm, but rather at much higher-vibrating feelings like joy, appreciation, freedom, love, passion, enthusiasm, optimism, hopefulness, satisfaction, and contentment.

When we have a clear mind, everything is better. We are more creative in our projects, more productive in our work, and more compassionate to those we encounter.

While we can't stay in a state of blissful being 100% of the time, we can learn to bring ourselves back to higher-vibration and stay in these states longer.

So with this in mind...

"THE WELL-BEING MOMENT" IS HERE!



What to expect

This is a live, spontaneously co-created well-being segment!

Each session is different and is based on the energy level and mood of those who attend on that day. Sometimes we relax and soothe, other times we invigorate and inspire, but every time it's just what we need. We may have different co-creators each time, but I am always the constant there!

Each session will start with a brief check-in to see what the energy level of the group is and how we might like to focus the segment.

The guided portion of the session will last 7-10 minutes to allow time for wrap up so that we are sure to end within the allotted 15 minutes.

Please be on time because the Zoom meeting room will be locked once the well-being session starts immediately after the check-in to avoid disruption.

Please turn off your phone, buzzers, alarms, dings, notifications, announcements, etc.

As a Licensed Massage Therapist, Kripalu Yoga Teacher, Certified Professional Coach and former Scientist, I bring all the gifts of who I am to my work. Driven by the desire to elevate others, my career initially spanned the biotech industry, interdisciplinary research and laboratory safety. Over the past decade, it evolved to wellness and now I work in my own company, Centered Presence, Ltd.
