At-Home Mini-Retreats that open and recharge

Sometimes an intensive reset is really needed; a brief immersion can be enough to offset life’s overwhelm. At-Home Mini-Retreats are for 1-2 people and last 3-4 hours. While “away retreats” are fantastic for escaping the stress of everyday life, it is often difficult to sustain new practices upon returning home. Learning new practices in the place where you will use them – in your own space – will make them more likely to be sustained. A mini-retreat can be customized to meet you where you are, charge you and open your next phase. I am proud to offer the framework for several themed mini-retreats. You can select and customize what works for you. Here are options to consider:
Embodiment Retreat – Get out of your head and into your body! This is grounding and presence at its finest. Select from these modules: Meditative Walking, Chanting Om Practice, Heart-Centered Guided Relaxation, Body-Scan Guided Relaxation, Breath & Gentle Movement, Low-Back & Hip Mobilization. Themed Kripalu Yoga Class, and Chair Massage.
Self-Care Practices Retreat – Learn practices that you can incorporate into your routine self-care. Select from these modules: Silent Contemplation, Journal Writing, Mantra Practice, Creating Mantras, Meditative Walking, Chanting Om Practice, Heart-Centered Guided Relaxation, Body-Scan Guided Relaxation, Visualization, Breathing Techniques, Breath & Gentle Movement, and Low-back & Hip Mobilization.
Personal Growth Retreat – Utilizing the power of introspection, presence and coaching tools, gain clarity and focus toward your next move in life. Select from these modules: Silent Contemplation, Journal Writing, Narrative Coaching, Metaphor Magic Coaching, Yogic Coaching, Themed Kripalu Yoga Class, Mantra Practice, Creating Mantras, Meditative Walking, and Visualization.
Centered Presence, Ltd. Kripalu Yoga Immersion Retreat - Learn the principles of Kripalu Yoga in your own space, including 21 yoga poses from the foundational series, four breathing techniques and warm up exercises through six 75-minute detailed tutorial sessions. It is ideal for those who are interested in learning yoga for the first time or deepening their practice, taking a more heart-centered approach to yoga. Sessions can be spread over several days and other retreat elements added to make this a true immersion in your personal growth and transformation!
