| On-Site Chair Massage | ||
| Chair
massage incorporates the
techniques of traditional Swedish massage. Clients are
fully clothed, no oils or lotions are used and it can be conveniently
done in
virtually any setting. Massage duration is generally brief (5-30
minutes), but even with a 5 minute massage, positive effects are
experienced. |

| On-Site Table Massage | ||
|
Table
massage uses
oils,
lotions or creams to administer the massage strokes. Clients are
draped during massage and can undress to their comfort level underneath
the sheet. Only the body area being worked on at the time is
uncovered and respect of client privacy is ensured. Massage
duration is
generally 30-90 minutes. This service is available to
current individual clients at
residential or workplace settings.
New table massage clients are
accepted through referral by existing clients, through previous
interaction or through discussion and mutual agreement that the aims
and intent of the massage seeker match the skill and focus of the
massage provider.

| Individual Clients | ||
| Massage services - table or chair - are arranged to suit client convenience and preferences. Pricing for individual clients is based on Structured Event format. A prepaid package deal, Buy 4 Massages Get 1 Free, is availiable for individual clients. | ||
| Structured Events | ||
| These are events where the exact number of people who will be massaged and the length of massage is known. For example, you would like to have 10 people for 10 minutes each. This pricing also applies to individual clients (see below). Please contact for additional information on this option. | ||
| Unstructured Events | ||
| These
are
events
where
the
exact
number
of
people
or
the
length
of
time
is
unknown,
a
situation
where
you
would
like to have massage going on in the background.
Massage services are provided by the hour. |

| Tour of Events | ||
| This
is
a
specialized
version
of
an
Unstructured
Event
where
the
event
spans
several
days
and
the
location
of
the
event
changes with each installment. Pricing is
calculated for the entire tour package. |

| Rates | ||
|
Rates are calculated per
minute of massage plus an on-site set-up fee. Distances greater than 10
miles from Pittsburgh may be charged an additional mileage fee. The rates apply regardless
of the number of individuals or the number of minutes massaged.

anecdotal
effectiveness
of
massage
therapy,
rigorous academic research
in the field is scarce. Few studies investigating massage therapy
alone have been conducted. One vehicle to change this is
the Case Report. Case Reports summarize the findings of
structured client treatment sessions and serve as the starting point
for pilot and larger scale research studies. If you have a
